🛠️ Bug Reporting – Earn Rewards for Helpful Reports

Any player who discovers a bug or something that does not match the server settings is encouraged to report it through the ticket system on the official server website.

📩 How to Submit a Ticket:

1. Go to the official website: http://balkanmu.eu and log in to your account.

2. In your control panel, click on "New Support Ticket" to create a new report.

3. Clearly describe the issue and attach a screenshot or any relevant info, if available.

4. Once reviewed by an administrator, you will receive a response in the "My Tickets" section, where you can track the status of your report.

🎁 Reward for Verified Reports:

If the issue is confirmed to be a real bug or server-related problem, the administrator will evaluate it and grant a reward in WCoinC, based on the significance of the report and your contribution.
